About Trailer Brief
What you get
- A 30- or 60-second trailer cut from the captures you send.
- A vertical cut for Shorts, Reels and TikTok.
- A still for your Steam capsule.
- One revision round included.
How it works
- Fill in the brief: the game, the length, what the trailer should show.
- Pay with credits; the price is shown before you pay.
- Upload your captures, or pick them from your Library. The trailer is back within 24 hours.
Writing the brief
- The game's name, and its store page if it has one (Steam or itch.io), so the cut can match the page's art and tone.
- The hook: the one thing the trailer must say, in a sentence. For example: "Every run rewrites the map, and your crew remembers."
- The length: 30 or 60 seconds.
- Moments that must be in it, one per line, with the file name or a time if you know it.
- The music: your own track, a licence you hold, or "choose something". Music you do not have the rights to is never used.
Your captures
- Gameplay at the highest quality you have: the game's own resolution, and 60 fps where possible.
- Tick captures already in your Library, or upload them right after paying.
- The brief asks for the trailer as a 1920 x 1080 MP4, a vertical 1080 x 1920 cut and a 616 x 353 still for the Steam capsule.
Questions
- What should I capture?
- Clean gameplay at the resolution you want on the store page, without the interface where you can hide it, plus your logo.
- Does more footage cost more?
- No. The trailer has a fixed price; the amount of capture footage only tells the upload step what to expect.
- 30 or 60 seconds?
- Either, at the same price, and both come with the vertical cut and the capsule still. Thirty suits a game one idea carries; sixty leaves room for a second idea, such as a mode or a twist.
- What makes a good hook?
- One sentence a player would repeat: what makes this game different, not its genre. The trailer is cut around it, so name it before the moments.
