TWITCH VOD TO YOUTUBE
Turn a Twitch VOD into a YouTube video, with the Shorts.
A stream that runs for hours is not a YouTube video yet: the waiting has to come out, the moments have to stay, and the upload needs a title, a thumbnail, chapters and captions. Upload the VOD in the YouEdit chat and our tools make all of it, plus vertical Shorts from the same stream, quoted in credits before anything is made. You download the files and post them on your channel.
FROM STREAM TO UPLOAD
What changes between the stream and the YouTube video.
- The length. The dead time comes out and the moments stay. Pick a full-length story (30 to 240 minutes when the footage decides), a highlights cut (20 to 40 minutes by default) or episodes of about an hour or two.
- The chapters and captions. Named chapters in the description's format, and the captions as an SRT file you add in YouTube Studio.
- The thumbnail and the title. Ten pairs made from real frames of the stream, each shown at full size and small, so you choose the one that still reads in a feed.
- The upload text. Title, description with the hook first, tags, hashtags, chapters, game field, playlist and a pinned comment, checked against YouTube's limits, in one file you paste from.
- The Shorts. 5 to 25 vertical Shorts from the same VOD, each a whole moment with captions, a hook line and your subscribe card at the end.
STEP BY STEP
The VOD's way from Twitch to your channel.
- Save the VOD from Twitch to your computer, or take the recording your streaming software made, and upload it in the chat (up to 25 GB a file). A recording already in your Library works too.
- The first look takes a few minutes: it names the game, says whether the session is a story that builds or punchy rounds, and recommends one video, a highlights cut, episodes, or one video per game.
- On the card, pick the main video, its length and the number of Shorts, and add any comments. The quote in credits follows; approve it with one button.
- The package is made, with the stage and an estimate of the time left in the chat. It lands in your gallery: the main video, the Shorts, the thumbnails, the captions and the upload kit.
- Watch it, then upload it yourself in YouTube Studio: paste the words from the kit, add the captions file and pick a thumbnail. Sucia never posts to your channel.
GOOD TO KNOW
What to know before your first VOD.
Nobody at Sucia watches or checks the cut before it reaches you: our tools make it, and you are the one who reviews it in your gallery. If a moment is missing or a title is wrong, say so in the same chat and a revision is quoted for the parts that change.
No time is guaranteed and no YouTube result is promised. The chat shows where the package is in line and how long it should take, as an estimate; a package that cannot be made is refunded in full.
How it works
- 1. Upload the recording
- 2. The first look
- 3. Approve the quote
- 4. Download, or ask for changes
Prices
Quoted in Sucia credits (one credit is one US cent) before anything is made; the real charge follows the tools' usage, never more than one and a half times the quote.
Before you start
- Does Sucia upload the video to my YouTube channel? No. You download the files from your gallery and upload them yourself in YouTube Studio. The upload kit holds the title, description, tags and chapters to paste, and the captions come as an SRT file.
- Should I trim the VOD before I send it? No. Send the whole VOD as it was saved: the first look finds the moments, and the card lets you say what must be in it. A file can be up to 25 GB, and the VOD's length, not its size, sets the quote.
- Is a person cutting my VOD? No. Our tools, run by our team in Houston, make the cut, the Shorts, the words and the thumbnails; nobody at Sucia watches the recording. Our team answers your questions and looks after the service.
- What does turning one VOD into a video cost? A quote in credits from the first look, by the VOD's length and the tool picked for each part. One credit is one US cent; the real charge never passes one and a half times the quote. The first look is a few credits and a message about one.
- What if the package cannot be made? The credits come back in full. While it is made, the chat shows where it is in line, the stage and the time left, all estimates.
Every question, and how the quote is made
Send the VOD from your last stream.
Upload it in the chat; the first look is back in a few minutes and the quote comes before anything is made.
